Amy discovered yoga, meditation and philosophy during her 20s which helped her overcome anxiety and depression. Amy trained as a yoga teacher in India and also studied meditation with the Tibetan Buddhist Monks. Amy has a traditional approach to her teaching.
Amy has been teaching for over five years and her focus when teaching classes is connecting deeply to the breath with mindful movement to improve both the physical and emotional wellbeing of her students.
Amy teaches hatha yoa classes that will include elements of vedic philosophy, asana flow, pranayama and meditation. Amy is passionate about sharing her teachings to help others.
An hour long practice with Amy wiill leave you feeling balanced, rejuvenated and relaxed.
