Are you new to yoga or have practiced before and looking to develop your practice? Then this course is perfect for you!
Classes incorporate a sequence of seated, standing and balancing poses. Each class is designed to focus on alignment and correct position in postures. Modifications are offered during each class so that each student can design their own class that best suits their practice.
Classes are also designed to improve flexibility, posture, increase muscle tone and core strength, develop and build a strong nervous system and provide a space to develop one's practice in a nurturing and supported space.
Classes also include breathing exercises designed to improve and correct short breathing patterns and also include a relaxation exercise at the end of class to counter effects of stress and to enhance overall wellbeing.
