Cathy has been practicing yoga for the last 15 years & is a trained yoga teacher in Vinyasa flow, Hatha & restorative practices.

A busy Mum, I believe it’s so important in our very busy lives to include yoga & meditation to help our physical & mental health.

Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed.

My classes bring forth a love and respect for the art of yoga and all that it encompasses.
