RESTORATIVE YOGA (ONLINE)
When: Thursdays, 7-8.15pm
Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing and healing and recuperative practice for the mind and body. During each class we will use props/ blankets/ pillows & cushions in the comfort of your own home to support the body in simple yoga poses which triggers the parasympathic nervous system to achieve a deep level of relaxation.
This calming practice releases tense muscles, relieves joint aches, and transitions the mind and body giving one a sense of peace and calm. Suitable for all levels, from complete beginner to advanced practitioner.
This is an ideal class to unwind from a busy time and give the body and mind time for deep rest.
