CORE FLOW YOGA

Looking to strengthen and deepen your practice? Try a core flow yoga class!

Classes include a variety of yoga sequences (including standing, seated and balancing poses with a specific focus on core exercises aimed at strengthening and deepening one's practice.

​

Core flow yoga has many benefits including increasing muscle tone, building strength and stamina, building core muscle, improving fitness and increasing flexibility. 

​

Breathing exercises are included at the start of class to nourish and calm the nervous system and correct short breathing patterns.

​

A relaxation is also included at the end of class designed to bring the body into a calm and peaceful state and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to counter effects of stress in the body and mind.
