FLOW (MIXED LEVELS) (ONLINE)
When: Wednesdays, 7-8pm
This class blends a mix of a yoga flow sequences suitable for all levels. The class incorporates flow movements through a variety of yoga poses to allow us to ground and centre into the body. The flow is also designed to begin to encourage prana (energy) to circulate through the energy channels in the body (the nadis) to clear away any stuck or stagnant energy in the body to make room for fresh energy to enter in its place.
Modifications will be offered throughout the class which can be taken depending on the level of your practice.
The class will also include a guided breathing exercise at the start of the practice and a restful savasana (relaxation) at the end of the class to integrate the benefits of the practice.
