 In Her Intuition with NIamh Gallagher 

Niamh will first share with us her deep wisdom on how we can remain steady in uncertain and challenging times. As a collective, we are facing uncertain times ahead and change is inevitable. More than ever, it will be important for us to understand how we can find internal resources to face these times without loosing our ground and how we can remain centered by cultivating an internal steadiness. The core of this talk will explore how we can stand our ground, cultivate an internal steadiness and allow change to expand us rather than constrict us.

As Niamh describes it "Steadiness comes from not clinging on to the old but by finding the core truth within you that never changes, no matter what is happening around you. Change of any kind is an opportunity to grow your sense of who you are and what you truly want in your life".

Niamh will then guide us through a relaxing and restorative yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice which is a deeply nourishing practice for mind, body and soul.

Yoga nidra, also known as dynamic sleep, prompts the body to relax deeply while the mind remains inwardly alert.  Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation within the body and mind and is excellent in reducing stress, anxiety, worries, improving sleep patterns and enhancing your overall wellbeing. The yoga nidra will offer a journey through the energy centres of the body, awakening us to the wisdom of our crown chakra (the source of our connection to our divinity).
