MANTRAS AND MEDITATION

Sharon Ní Chuilibín will lead a beautiful Healing and Uplifting Mantra and Meditation each Wednesday and Saturday evening at 7.30pm from the Kundalini Yoga Tradition.

 

The mantras and meditations chosen each week will be designed to develop internal resilience, strength and courage, to help us through these challenging times. The intention is to offer a space to allow you disconnect from the external world for one hour and tune in to your internal self to develop these inner qualities and form a deeper connection to yourself to help support you in the weeks ahead.

 

All profits will be donated to the Simon Community.
