During this challenging time,  meditation can offer us with many vital internal tools to help us move through this period of uncertainty and difficutly.


When we allow ourselves the space to disconnect from our external world and the noise and tune into ourselves, often this can be uncomfortable at first but if we stay with the breath and cultivate internal patience and compassion, meditation can allow us to connect to that internal place within us all to gain peace, clarity, strength, wisdom and calm.
