Meditation classes will be run by Máire O'Higgins from Cultivating Compassion Mindfulness Courses. The course is ideal for beginners to meditation as well as those who already have a meditation practice and wish to deepen it.
The course will offer a broad range of meditative techniques aimed at focusing and calming the mind, slowing down the thoughts, soothing anxiety and countering stress in the body and mind.

Bring attention to our breath
Cultivate curiosity and kindness
Recognise stress reactions as they come up and learn techniques to deal with them
Practice responding rather than reacting to stressors
