Looking for an invigorating way to start your day? This class is perfect for you!
This flow will include a variety of dynamic and energising flow sequences designed to develop strength and increase energy and vitality in the body. The class will include a blend of standing, seated and balancing poses to encourage the flow of energy in the body and creating a space to nourish and restore depleted energy, leaving you ready to start teh day.
The class will also include breathwork and a relaxation at the end of class to allow time and space for the body to absorb the benefits of the flow and allow time for the mind to rest. and restore.
When: Tuesdays, 7-8pm and Saturdays, 10.30-11.30am
