This class blends a mix of movement and mediation in one class. The first part of the class incorporates movement through a variety of yoga poses and other nourishing movement to allow us to ground and centre into the body. The movement is also designed to begin to encourage prana (energy) to circulate through the energy channels in the body (the nadis) to clear away any stuck or stagnant energy in the body to make room for fresh energy to enter in its place.

​The second part of the class consists of a guided meditation designed for both beginner's and also those who wish to deepen their meditation practice. Meditation helps to reduce stress, anxiety and induces a sense of calm and wellbeing in both the body and mind.
