Mum and baby yoga classes. Great way for mum to ease back into gentle exercise. The yoga poses for mum are designed to build muscle tone and core strength, improve flexibility and stability in the body, calm the nervous system and to provide a nurturing and supported space for mum to take time out of her busy day to bond with her baby and to meet other mums to share experiences.
The yoga exercises included for baby are designed to improve baby's sleep, digestion, develop baby's nervous system, increase circulation, develop motor neuron skills, enhance overall wellbeing and connect with mum.
Classes include yoga exercises for mum and baby, breathing exercises, tummy time for baby, body awareness exercises for baby and a relaxation at the end of class.
The next four week course starts on Friday 11th January at 11am.
