AURIEL
PHOEBE HIGSON
Once I had been practicing yoga long enough to begin to grasp its unfathomable ability to turn you inside out and upside down; to see yourself and the world around you from a new, softer perspective, I knew that I needed to teach it - When something has such a profound effect on you, you want to shout it from the rooftops and make sure everyone gets to experience its power and that is my goal, my dream, my work.
The yoga I teach is a culmination of all the forms that have changed me and moved me the most and which I love to practise for myself: primarily Vinyasa, Shadow, Womb, Restorative and Kundalini.
Every class is tailored to the room- they are free flowing and fun, with wiggle room to play with poses and practices that take people's fancy as well as plenty of space for calm and rest if that is what is required. I have a particular interest in women's health, so my classes are flexible enough to hold space for whatever stage of life or cycle a woman finds herself at and I also hold moon circles and more tailored classes, including pregnancy and post-natal.
We are all on this journey together
We all have our part to play in carrying people for parts of it
This is my offering.
