Pregnancy yoga classes include a gentle yoga flow, standing, seated and balancing poses to build muscle tone, strength and improve flexibility. Classes also include breathing and pelvic floor exercises to help expectant mums during pregnancy. A nice long relaxation is also included at the end of class to nourish both mum and baby.
