PRIVATE YOGA - individual or small groups
Looking to start yoga or design a class to suit your needs to develop, strengthen or improve your practice? Would you prefer to develop your practice in a private space with your friends or family?
A private yoga class is an ideal way to either try yoga for the first time or develop your practice as each class will be tailored to suit the student's needs.
Classes include a sequence of standing, balancing and seated postures designed to improve flexibility, build strength, improve balance and coordination and develop a sense of calm in the body and mind through the breathing and relaxation exercises.
Private group yoga classes can also be designed for families to practice yoga together or with a group of friends.
