A group private yoga class is an ideal way to either try yoga for the first time or develop your practice as each class will be tailored to suit the student's needs. ​ Classes include a sequence of standing, balancing and seated postures designed to improve flexibility, build strength, improve balance and coordination and develop a sense of calm in the body and mind through the breathing and relaxation exercises.
