A private yoga class is an ideal way to either try yoga for the first time or develop your practice as each class will be tailored to suit the student's needs. ​ Classes include a sequence of standing, balancing and seated postures designed to improve flexibility, build strength, improve balance and coordination and develop a sense of calm in the body and mind through the breathing and relaxation exercises.
