Soft and Gentle Flow classes include a variety of soft, opening and fluid movements combined with strong and deep flowing sequences. Designed to nourish and awaken our yin energy. To encourage openness and creativity in both body and mind. 


We will work at tapping into our "yin" energy through this practice to allow us to come back into balance within ourselves, and to feel a sense of restoration and connection to our inner energy. 


A relaxation and meditation is included at the end of class designed to bring the body into a calm and peaceful state. This allows time to absorb and integrate the benefits of the practice. This rest also aims to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to counter effects of stress in the body and mind.
