After coming to yoga initially as a just another exercise class, Suzanne came to discover the emotional and mental benefits of a regular yoga practice. To discover more about yoga and deepen her own practice, Suzanne completed her 200 hour Hatha YTT in Bali with Akasha Yoga Academy in 2017. She has also completed 100 hours Yin teacher training with Josh Summers.
She now combines and promotes these aspects of yoga in her classes ~ challenging students to go deeper in their asana practice while also channelling a sense of inward reflection through connection with the breath. She promotes an attitude of acceptance and compassion as part of her yoga practice. Her classes emphasise correct alignment and an invitation to strengthen both the body and mind.
