YIN YANG FLOW YOGA
When: Mondays, 7-8pm
Yin Yang flow is designed to connect into both our masculine and feminine energy to bring us back into balance in ourselves.
The yang flow is designed to energise and bring strength into the body through a sequence of flows and yin yoga is a slower paced type of yoga designed to open and restore the body, develop flexibility and allow time for the body to absorb the benefits of the yang flow. Yin Yoga can also help maintain healthy muscles and joints, improve joint mobility and flexibility and aid the regulation of energy in the body.
The class will also include breathwork and a relaxation at the end of each class designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and the vagus nerve. You will leave the class feeling replenished, relaxed and restored.
