YIN YOGA(FOUR WEEK COURSE)
.Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing and restorative practice. Yin yoga is a slower and deeper type of practise than other types of yoga. In yin yoga poses are held for longer to open and release tension and tightness being held in the connective tissue of the body.
Props are used to help support the body open in a supportive, gentle and therapeutic way.
Yin yoga also awakens and stimulates "yin" energy in the body helping the body to recover from stress and busy periods. Yin yoga also has a calming effect on the mind. At the end of each class, a long savasana (relaxation) will be held to allow the body time to absorb and integrate the benefits of this deep and nourishing practice.
