YOGA FOR OVER 50'S(FOUR WEEK COURSE)
This four course is designed to improve flexibility, balance, strength and muscle tone of the body. The classes will include a variety of standing, seated and balancing postures.
Classes will also include breathing exercises to help to correct short breathing patterns and also include a relaxation at the end of each class designed to calm and nourish the body and mind and bring the body and mind into a peaceful and calm state.
The course runs for four weeks and the next course will start on Wednesday 9 January 2019.
